  • 1lbs – Ground Beef
  • 1 Lg can – Tomatoes – Undrained
  • 32 ounces – Beef Broth
  • 2 cup – Sliced Carrots
  • 2 cup – Sliced Celery
  • 3/4 cup barley
  • 1tsp – Italian Seasonings
  • 2 Lg – Bay Leaf

Brown ground beef in large pot over medium heat about 5 minutes – (Drain any fat). Add remaining ingredients bring to a boil. Reduce heat: simmer covered about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender but not mushy. Stir occasionally
